I'm a PhD student at the Empirical Inference Department at the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems in collaboration with the Department of Radiology at the Unversity Hospital Tuebingen. I have an educational background in medicine (MD) and mathematics (University of Tuebingen). My main field of research is machine learning for medical image computing: I'm focussing on generative models, representation learning and uncertainty prediction in neural networks.
