I am working on incorporating efficient uncertainty quantifications into foundation models to address their safety challenges and detect hallucinations. My interests lie in probabilistic modelling, Bayesian deep learning, and deep learning. In particular, I am interested in exploiting insights from deep learning to improve deep probabilistic models.
Currently, I am working at the Empirical Inference department with Prof. Bernhard Schölkopf. I am a visiting PhD student from the University of Tübingen supervised by Robert Bamler. Previously, I did a MRes Computational Statistics and Machine Learning at UCL with David Barber and a MSc in Computer Science at the University of Oxford with Yarin Gal. Prior to that I studied computer science at the University of Manchester for my Bachelor's degree.
