I am a research intern in the Privacy Preserving Machine Learning group.

Currently I am writing my thesis on preserving privacy in neural networks utilizing information theory.

After studies in mathematics, physics, economics and media art, I received a BSc in applied computer science from Bauhaus-University Weimar. Subsequently, I pursued with a master program in artificial intelligence at the University of Amsterdam.

In my undergraduate studies I assisted research on natural language processing and argumentation mining in the webis group at the Bauhaus-University Weimar. During my master program I did research on equivariant neural networks in the group of Max Welling.

My current interests include Bayesian deep learning, private learning with neural networks and application of information theory on machine learning.
